Employment Equity

POPIA

Our POPIA compliance service offers a comprehensive and practical approach to help your organization meet the legal requirements of the Protection of Personal Information Act. The service includes the following:

  • Appointment Letter for the designated Information Officer.
  • Appointment Letter for the Deputy Information Officer (if applicable).

Labour Law Compliance Audits and Employment Contracts

We assist clients with the drafting of customized Employment Contracts as well as policies that align with the client’s operational needs and business structure. In addition, we ensure that all contracts are fully compliant with the minimum requirements of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, as well as any applicable Main Agreement or Sectoral Determination, issued by the Department of Labour.
