Advocate Chantel Vos, Managing Director and co-founder, holds an LL.B. from the University of the Free State and was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court in 2013. With a career in Labour Law spanning back to 2007, she is highly regarded for her strategic insight and practical approach to employment law and compliance.
Jolinda van Zÿl, Director, earned her BCom in Industrial Psychology and Labour Relations and her Honours in Psychology—both with distinction—from North-West University. Her strong academic foundation, combined with years of consulting experience, enables her to offer tailored strategies that align with both legal requirements and organizational goals.

Adv. Chantel Vos is the Managing Director and co-founder of Staff Management Services. She earned her LL.B. degree from the University of the Free State in 2007 and was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court in 2013. Since 2007, she has specialized in Labour Law, building extensive expertise through her work as a Labour Law Consultant at a prominent labour consulting firm. Her deep knowledge and practical experience position her as a trusted leader in employment relations and labour compliance.
Jolinda van Zyl holds a BCom degree in Industrial Psychology and Labour Relations (cum laude) as well as an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (cum laude), both obtained from North-West University in 2013. She has amassed significant experience in Labour Law through her role as a Consultant and was subsequently promoted to Director. Jolinda brings a strong academic background combined with practical consulting experience, contributing valuable insights into organizational psychology and labour relations strategy.
